We host mountain bike training days all around Ireland.

Our mountain bike training days focus on developing the skills specific to mountain biking, so you can get the most of the trails you ride.

These skills also crossover into other cycling disciplines such as road biking and triathlon. It is an ideal why to develop your confidence and bike control skills whilst riding your bike in a relaxed and safe environment. We tailor our mountain bike skill sessions to suit your needs, catering for all levels and abilities. If you are new to mountain biking and would like to come along for the day you can hire an excellent mountain bike for €30. Equipped with front suspension and disc brakes, the hire bikes are perfect for all mountain biking in Ireland. Just mention you would like to hire a mountain bike when booking your training day.

The cost of a group session is €50 per person. We also offer private individual tutoring midweek, which cost €80 per person. Please note there is an additional €2.60 booking charge for on-line payments for the training days.
