Val di Gresta is a beautiful valley which over looks the north end of Lake Garda...
The valley is famous for its organic food produce, namely potatoes! Situated fifteen minutes drive from the hub of outdoor activity, that is Riva Del Garda. Despite being so close to the fast paced and energetic towns, Val di Gresta holds strong to its traditional Italian lifestyle. Ronzo-Chienis is the largest and highest village in the valley, with a population of around a thousand people and at an altitude of 1000mtrs; farming is the primary employment means. The warm breeze which blows from the lake, combined with south facing slopes provide the perfect growing conditions. Stacked terraces and traditional buildings dominate the landscape. Breath taking views form the surrounding mountains, make Ronzo-Chienis the first choice for people seeking a real all mountain experience.
