All Mountain Experience is run by Tarja Owens and Niall Davis. 
The All Mountain Experience idea came about when we were biking in the Alps. We wanted everyone else to able to experience the same great trails that we had through travelling and racing mountain bikes all our lives!
Tarja Owens Tarja Owens, has over fifteen years of mountain biking experience which includes competing as a professional road rider and racing cross country at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. Tarja has held the Irish National Cross Country Mountain Bike Championships title for twelve years, a National Downhill title and is five times National Cyclo-Cross Champion. Other notable biking achievements include; Winner of Trans Rockies mountain bike stage race (2005), in the mixed category. Tarja is the first Irish woman to race the Professional Women’s Tour of Italy - Giro D’ Femmine (2001).
After racing on the road, Tarja wanted to focus on mountain biking again, so she was awarded an Olympic Scholarship (2002, 2003) to study and train at the UCI’s World Cycling Centre in preparation for the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Tarja is qualified as an International Mountain Bike Leader (SMBLA Award), to teach mountain biking skills to all levels of ability and experience. This qualification is awarded to successful participants by the Scottish Mountain bike Leaders Award, under the auspice of the British Cycling Federation. In 2008 Tarja embarked on the path to becoming a Mountain bike leader tutor with SMBLA, so her aims of training instructors in Ireland and Italy will be coming a reality this year 2010. A fully trained Neuro Muscular Therapist, Tarja also holds a degree in Sport Science. Tarja has a successful business as a Personal Trainer and Neuro Muscular Therapist in Ireland since 2006.
Niall Davis With years of racing experience, Niall is one of the very few riders in the world to compete at both downhill and cross country World Cup level.
Niall has coordinated International downhill events in the past, which were a great success. Now focusing on mounatin bike training days, sessions are hosted each weekend through out the country. Merited as a fully qualified international Mountain Bike Leader with years of guiding experience behind him, Niall also holds a qualification in Trail Cycle Leading and is a highly regarded bike mechanic. Very keen to help younger cyclists out, Niall is certified in the Irish Sports Councils Code of Ethics & Good Practice for Children’s Sport and is a Red Cross First Aider. In addition, Niall is completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering.
